By using Travai you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Travai is an AI travel planning platform. Itineraries, prices, weather, and other information are AI-generated suggestions and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Always verify critical details (visa, health, bookings) with official sources before travelling.

You must not (a) use the service for unlawful purposes, (b) attempt to bypass security or rate limits, (c) submit content that infringes others' rights, or (d) submit prompts intended to extract harmful or illegal output.

Outputs are produced by third-party AI models. We do not warrant accuracy or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for decisions based on AI output.

Booking, transport, and shopping links open external services governed by their own terms. We earn no commission unless explicitly stated and are not party to any contract you form with them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travai is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any travel disruption, loss, or expense arising from your use of AI-generated plans. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which we are established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
