Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Travai (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data processed through this site. Contact: metabiz.group@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Trip prompts you submit and the generated itineraries.
  • Chat messages exchanged with the AI co-pilot.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited.
  • Cookie preferences stored in your browser.

3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

We process data on the basis of (a) contract to deliver the service you requested, (b) consent for analytics and marketing cookies, and (c) our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

4. AI processing

Trip prompts and chat messages are sent to AI model providers (e.g. Google, OpenAI) via the Lovable AI Gateway to generate responses. Do not submit sensitive personal data, payment details, or information about other people without their consent.

5. Sharing & sub-processors

We share data with: hosting and database infrastructure (Cloudflare, Supabase), AI providers as above, and partners you choose to open externally (e.g. Booking.com, Uber, Amazon). External links are governed by their own privacy policies.

6. International transfers

Some processors are located outside the EEA. Transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. Retention

Trip and chat data are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, then deleted or anonymised. Cookie preferences last 12 months unless you change them.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, email metabiz.group@gmail.com.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version.
